About SMB Math
SMB Math is 63 calculators and 152 articles that answer one question: what does this actually cost, or actually save, in dollars? Entity structure, exit tax, quarterly estimates, S-corp salary, loan payments, break-even, what this business is roughly worth — the stuff a spreadsheet should be doing instead of a hunch.
What this isn’t
SMB Math isn’t attached to a CPA firm, an advisory practice, or anything you can hire. There’s no contact form, no email list, and no “talk to an expert” button waiting at the bottom of the page. If a calculator here saves you money, good — that’s the whole business model, such as it is.
Why free
Because gating “what’s my quarterly payment” behind a signup form is a bad trade for everyone involved. A free tool with no funnel attached is rare enough that it’s reasonable to be suspicious of one — fair. There’s genuinely nothing for sale here, and no plan to change that without a real reason to.
The fine print, mercifully short
